The Word of Faith Movement is powerful and influential, with numerous affiliated churches worldwide. Compelling, charismatic leaders preach their peculiar doctrines to enthusiastic and accepting global audiences who view Word Faith as just another denomination within Christianity, but are they really?

Best known for their “prosperity gospel”, they promise riches in this life. W ask and answer the question, “Is Word Faith prosperity really Biblical prosperity?” The answer might surprise you. We let the Bible speak.

However the Word Faith Movement is in far deeper water doctrinally. Certain lines cannot be crossed without becoming outright heresy. These lines include the Person of Jesus Christ. We must not misrepresent our Lord and Savior, or we could be found guilty of presenting “another Jesus” and “another gospel” as the Apostle Paul warned the church.

Has the Word Faith Movement crossed the line? We believe so and you can decide for yourself as this DVD takes a Biblical look at some of their more aberrant teachings. Be prepared to be shocked!

They all three are 40-60 minutes in length BUT well worth the time.

Steve Munsey using his Game of Sevens to fleece the flock

The Inspiration Network hired Steve Munsey for their fund raiser. He played on more Old Testament scriptures than once could imagine. Telling people they have to give their money “now” in order to get a blessing.

He even played on the story of the woman who gave her last meal to Elijah. Comparing giving to the network as giving to a great Old Testament prophet. No mention was made that JESUS who is greater than Elijah did not request a donation before he “blessed” people.

Munsey claimed people would get everything from monetary “blessings” to physical healing if they gave “now”.

He later claims there is a “double portion” to be received “now”.

I think Munsey should be selling used cars!

This is classic Prosperity Gospel games in action.

Then Bryant closes with the sinner’s prayer.

Given his prosperity gospel method of preaching and his gaudy methods as can be seen at his own web site at empowermenttemple.org . This puts Jamal-Harrison Bryant squarely in the position of having a church of the Laodiceans. Meaning those who continue to follow him after accepting Jesus would end up having to repent of the sins Bryant puts on them, as described in Revelation 3:14-22.

As for Bryant himself, his methods of extracting money are corrupt. He is devouring the poor and leaving them with the desire to give for the sake of earthly gain. He is using the Word of God for dishonest gain. His mouth should be shut, please read Titus 1:5-11 .
